Troy Percival to Sign Angels Minor League Contract — and Then Retire

MLB.com reports that Troy Percival will sign a minor league contract Monday with the Angels — and then retire, so he can end his career as an Angel.
Percival is currently a special assignment pitching instructor for the Angels. A resident of nearby Riverside, California, expect to see Troy at Rancho Cucamonga quite often this year.
